PVC card

PVC is the most commonly used card material. It is very stable during printing and does not fade, and various processes can be added to it, such as 3D code, hot stamping, hot silver process, spot UV and other special processes.

Main Features of PVC Cards:

1. The price is relatively cheap and the printing is stable, but it is not an environmentally friendly material.
2. The surface is smooth and clean, without obvious mechanical impurities and unevenness.
3. High-quality PVC printing white card material, uniform coating, white and clean surface, high-resolution printed image, good color reproduction, and good adhesion to the lamination film.

 

ABS card

ABS card is much better than PVC card in terms of strength and toughness. Its printing is also relatively stable. The difference is that the effect of adding special technology to ABS material is much better than that of PVC material, but in terms of price, the price of ABS material is higher than that of PVC material.

Main Features of ABS Cards:

1. ABS card has better extension, impact resistance, and the degree of deformation is lower than that of PVC card.
2. High heat resistance, can reach 80-120 degrees without deformation, chemical corrosion resistance
3. The hardness is strong, and the surface finish is relatively high during processing

 

PET card

PET material is the best material among the card making materials. First of all, it is very good in environmental protection, and at the same time, it is the best in color printing and special technology, but the disadvantage is that the price is relatively high, which is 3 times that of PVC cards.

Main Features of PET Cards:

1. The impact strength that the PET card can withstand is 3~5 times that of other materials, and it is not easy to bend and break
2. Stronger oil resistance and corrosion resistance
4. Low gas and water vapor permeability, can block gas, water, oil and peculiar smell well
5. High transparency, can block ultraviolet rays, good gloss
6. Non-toxic, tasteless, high level of hygiene and safety, can be directly used for food packaging.
